Who’s got the best cake? What DJ can really get a crowd going? Want the inside scoop on a venue? Ever considered live music, releasing doves or butterflies? Where you can you save money and not look like you did?

We get asked for advice and input all the time because we’re experts at weddings. We get there early and are often there at the end too - we get see it all, heck, we’ve seen it all. We know what works and what’s a bargain, and what vendors do an outstanding job and some that disappoint. Come, pick our brains!

Initial Consultation

We can review your plans and give some suggestions, a list of trusted, reliable vendors, and help you save some money. $95 Free with any photography purchase.

I Do

This is our ‘Day Of’ coordinator service. We’ll have a person with you all day to be sure everything is taken care of so you don’t have to worry about it. Enjoy your day - let us pick up your purse, the candles from the church, make sure no car gets left behind, etc. We’ll have a fully stocked emergency kit - pins, thread, scissors, deodorant, hairspray and more. Have fun- let us do the worrying for you!  Includes initial consult, a second consult 2 weeks before your big day, attendance at your rehearsal $395

Promises

The last month before your Big Day is when it all comes together - all at once it seems. Everything needs double checked and confirmed - does the DJ know what songs to play? Who all needs flowers (grandparents, groomsmen) and do the guys have the tuxes all figured out?  Where is the florist delivering the flowers? What about centerpieces? Confirmed the guest count? Who’s decorating the hall and tables? And a whole lot more!  In addition to the Initial Consult and I Do, we’ll be by your side the month leading up to your wedding to make sure all the details are handled and you’re not overwhelmed trying to get it all done and most likely work a full time job too! $595

Ring To Ring

You are always in charge - it’s your wedding, your decisions are final -but we will be by your side the whole way - helping you find vendors, handling the details, answering questions, and if you live out of town we are your ‘in town’ connection. One call does it all - we’ll make the other ten and keep you up to date on everything. More helpful than any mother could be plus we’ll never criticize or second guess your decisions! $1095
